I haven’t really heard about Gaggan until my friend told me that she wanted to visit Thailand and try this restaurant — which is apparently one of the best restaurants in Asia. Unfortunately, reservations must be made at least one month before your planned visit and to no surprise, we weren’t able to book a table. Haha. So, we opted for the one across it — which is Gaa. The brainchild of former Gaggan sous chef.
My Tita’s are up for a 12 course dining trip to this newly opened shop house. I did not know what to expect from Gaa at first so everything was a surprise for me. We wanted to have the 10 course initially. But heck, why not just go for the other 2 courses right? Hehe (update: now they have 14 courses)
The whole experience was super nice! I’m not a food expert but I truly enjoyed every dish that they served (except for one that I could not remember the name. Hahaha!). Love how the chefs really take the time to explain the dish they serve each time. Some of the things did not make sense by looking at it but having to taste it? Ah-ma-zing! I don’t want to ruin the experience for you so I will just post some of the photos of the food that we had.
Kudos ! 👜🎶🎵🍖🍛🍡🍝🌷🕪
