Hello and Welcome to kameeluh.com
My friends and family usually call me Kam. It’s short for Kamylle, which they often pronounce as Ka-mee-luh(!) when they want to get my attention.
I was born in the beautiful country, Philippines. I grew up in the ‘90s era (which is the coolest era ever! LOL). I grew up living a simple city life in Manila doing regular everyday stuff. My first ever overseas (and plane ride) trip (alone) was in 2011 for a two week business trip in Malaysia; because of that, I have been bitten by the travel bug.
I started to become a tourist in my own country as well as the neighboring Asian Countries. Until I moved to Thailand in 2015 to work — that was my first time to live alone and be away from my family. It was one of the most fun, challenging, and memorable years of my adult life. I learned to cook, learned Muay Thai, learned to speak a little bit of Thai, embraced a new culture and built solid relationships with family and friends despite the distance. I have a lot to be thankful for because of that.
Living in Bangkok has opened more opportunities for me to travel, earn new friends and meet the love of my life. LOL! Having a European (then boyfriend) now husband gave me the urge to explore European Countries as well. Currently, I have visited 19 countries in total and hoping to add more in my list!
Today, I am faced with new challenges as a new chapter in my life unfolds in front of me. Juggling life as a career woman, wife and a new mom to a little girl.
In this blog I will be sharing my simple life as a new mom; my travel style, food finds, staying fit and other new discoveries. I hope you will come and join me with my silly lifestyle updates and somehow relate to this modern millenial life we live in.

Exactly my sentiments!
I play the ukulele, too. Its the only instrument that I know how to play. 🙂 And lately, I play La Vie En Rose almost everyday. Got the obsession from How I met Your Mother. 🙂

I’ve just seen a few episodes of HIMYM but I also learned La Vie En Rose because of it!
I never go on a diet because I like to eat too much. If I start to gain weight, I just limit my junk food. So I have a love/hate relationship there too! I’m a cat lover too!
It’s great to get to know you better! I’d love to visit Manila one day! I also love this kind of balanced diet, as it doesn’t demand so much effort and the results are satisfying! 🙂 I’ve got a cat, so I can share it with you! haha
